Verizon FiOS sucks
Crappy internet service all day, working in and out. This happens, on average, about once a week. I'm considering other options -- anybody got any ideas? I'm even open to paying the cancelation fee to get rid of this shit.

Considering that FACT that fios has NOT been delivering the quality of service that you have contracted for, THEY are in BREACH OF CONTRACT and therefore YOU have every right to cancel their service with NO charge or "fine".....should they attempt to charge you any sort of fee, you could easily file 'breach of contract" charges against them......I would suggest as a routine issue to at least one a day go to "speedtest.net" and run service test several times a day and log the time, as well as what each of the readings are....(ping speed, download speed, upload speed ) I personally run the test every time I log on...this way I have a complete chronology of how bad the service is.....additionally, since verizon always says "this call may be recorded for training purposes", they have already acknowledged the possibility of recording and as such you have every right to record the call as well......
Writer and self-involved artist out to change the world until it changes me...as has already happened in far too many ways. This blog is to showcase my writing, art and photography...especially since I'm working on a novel set in Northern Ireland and using Tolstoy as my guide.
